Phaidon will refund qualified returns for 100% of the purchase price minus the initial shipping cost. All returns must be requested before January 1, 2026. When emailing Customer Service, please include your Order Number to ensure speedy service. All qualifying returns must be shipped back to Phaidon by January 7, 2026.

Exchanges are not permitted. Phaidon will use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods. Please be prepared to provide images detailing the damage so that a replacement for the damaged product can be arranged. If a replacement is impossible, Phaidon will refund the purchase price and shipping costs.
