Return Policy:

We are confident you will love your Phaidon book. However, if you have any issues and wish to return your purchase, please email us at webinfo@phaidon.com.

Phaidon will refund qualified returns for 100% of the purchase price minus the initial shipping cost. All returns must be requested before January 1, 2026. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. To request a return, please email Phaidon Customer Service at webinfo@phaidon.com to receive authorization and mailing instructions. When emailing Customer Service, please include your Order Number to ensure speedy service. All qualifying returns must be shipped back to Phaidon by January 7, 2026.

Exchanges are not permitted. Phaidon will use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods. Please be prepared to provide images detailing the damage so that a replacement for the damaged product can be arranged. If a replacement is impossible, Phaidon will refund the purchase price and shipping costs.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
