When emailing Customer Service, please include your Order Number to ensure speedy service. All qualifying returns must be shipped back to Phaidon by January 7, 2026.
Exchanges are not permitted. Phaidon will use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods. Please be prepared to provide images detailing the damage so that a replacement for the damaged product can be arranged.
